Born Again

If you are a born again Christian, you are a new creation.

Born again by the water and the Spirit.

Jesus is calling you to be born again. (John 3:5-6) 5Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit

When you are a born again Christian, you can witness how your life was changed. If you haven’t yet been born again, today it’s not too late.

Born again Christians live not by the world, but by the Spirit, they have to become more similar to Jesus. They have to be humble, and have a gift of the Holy Spirit.

In (Matthew 28:19-20) Jesus gave a commandment: “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you”

This is an obligation to baptize. Another important verse is in (Mark 16:15-17): And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. 16He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. 17

This is not just a wish, but the obligation to baptize and be baptized by immersion in water.

In Acts 8 we can also see that Philip baptized a Euthopian man on the same day. So this should also be continued today.
